lpv:spoken text	"I am really worried about SMEs, because just in the past few months I have been hearing from the glass industry, from the cement industry and from the fertiliser industry about how other operators are opening up on our borders and moving their plants to other parts of the world – plants that are not cleaner, plants that are not more energy efficient, but which are just taking jobs and growth with them. Big companies can relocate to places that are cheaper, but small companies often end up shutting down. So the costs for the smaller companies are even more acutely felt. That is why we need affordable, secure and sustainable energy."@en1
