We need an energy policy that will secure supply, mitigate climate change and ensure competitiveness. Significant investment in energy infrastructure is crucial. I welcome the launch today of ‘Energy Wales’, which sets out how Wales should exploit its natural resources for the greatest social, environmental and economic gain. Wales needs the powers to implement such a strategy."@en1
