lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this resolution which urges the European Commission to develop an EU homelessness strategy. 1 245 households were described as homeless across Wales during the July to September 2013 quarter. This number needs to decrease and the only way this will happen is with a strong homelessness strategy which calls on the expertise of all Member States. I was particularly pleased that my group’s amendment to end the criminalisation of homeless people was adopted."@en1
