lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report as it supports the communication plans outlined in the Europe 2020 Strategy to adopt the new growth model. This Communication therefore proposes a fresh approach to industrial policy that will strengthen EU competitiveness, provide growth and jobs, and enable the transition to a low-carbon and resource-efficient economy. The recent crisis has hit European economies hard, particularly the industrial sector, and the new concept of industry as being sustainable, efficient and innovative is very important and strategic."@en1
