lpv:spoken text	"Today I voted for the implementation report on developing and applying carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology in Europe. I believe that carbon capture and storage – a technique which traps carbon dioxide (CO ) as it is emitted from large point sources, compresses it and transports it to a suitable storage site, where it is injected into the ground – has significant potential as a mitigation technique for climate change in Europe. I support the belief that large industrial installations should be CCS-ready. This could be of particular importance to Wales, which still has coal resources."@en1
