The Chinese Government has admitted that they were harvesting organs from prisoners of conscience, and they have committed themselves to ceasing this practice by 2014 and stopping it altogether by 2015. They are making transitional arrangements to move to a different system. Why are we debating this now as a matter of urgency? What is the point of it?"@en1
