lpv:spoken text	"I fully support this own initiative report, which highlights the issue of eco-innovation and its potential to boost the economy and increase competitiveness. Eco-innovation also has a positive effect on employment, as mentioned in the report, which is vital in this time of economic difficulty. It is especially important that global challenges such as climate change are addressed and the environmental benefits gained from eco-innovation can play a big part in the shift towards a resource-efficient, low-carbon economy. The report focuses on a few key areas that could be enhanced and strengthened in order to accelerate eco-innovation, including facilitating access to funding and making better use of financial instruments. This could be beneficial to Wales as it looks to enhance competitiveness in a low-carbon and resource efficient economy."@en1
