lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the report as this Proposal for a Regulation aims to replace national reporting and authorisation procedures relating to carriers of radioactive materials by a unique registration system. The implementation of the Regulation should enable procedures to be simplified and administrative burden to be reduced, whilst maintaining a high level of radiation protection. This unique registration system for the practice of transport will therefore contribute to simplifying the procedure, reducing administrative burden and doing away with barriers to entry, while the high radiation protection levels reached will be maintained."@en1
