lpv:spoken text	"The Estrela report addresses the reproductive processes, functions and systems at all stages in life, and implies that people are able to have responsible, satisfying and safe sex. This includes the capability to reproduce, as well as control over if and when this happens. It reinforces the right to be informed and to have access to affordable treatment and healthcare services, and enables women to go through pregnancy and childbirth as safely as possible. I voted in favour of this report, because I believe in access to reproductive health and rights, without any discrimination. I support the ratification of the rights of LGBT people, and am pleased to see the importance of non-discrimination based on sexual orientation being acknowledged at a European level. I was very disappointed that the Estrela report was rejected, after lack of support from the Conservatives."@en1
