lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this resolution. The recycling of paper currently stands at 72 % across the EU, but this could and must go up further. There is a clear demand for waste paper in the EU, paper mills are not operating at full capacity, therefore it would be desirable to further increase the separate collection of waste paper. In Wales we have developed a reasonably good system of recycling but there are improvements that need to be made."@en1
