lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report as I strongly agree that there need to be equal rights for both creditors and credit intermediaries in order to ensure a high degree of professionalism in the provision of mortgage credit. I think it is also very important that this report supports the consumer in that they have adequate reflection time before committing to a loan and that it promotes the education of consumers and ensures that assistance is available for vulnerable and less experienced consumers."@en1
