"I voted in favour of the Competitiveness of Enterprises and SMEs Programme as it will improve access to finance and markets for SMEs, support entrepreneurs and create more favourable conditions for business creation and growth. The programme has a budget of EUR 2.03 billion, enabling it to support all kinds of SMEs. COSME will also help to ensure that bureaucracy is lessened on a national level, allowing SMEs more access to markets, which will prove favourable for enterprises in Ireland."@en1
