lpv:spoken text	"I welcome the Parliament’s decision to approve changes to the European Structural Funds to help certain Member States which have been worst affected by the economic crisis to continue to take advantage, until the end of 2013, of co-financing rates of 95%, i.e. 10% greater than normal, as agreed in 2011. This will not affect total EU regional funding in the Member States concerned but will allow EU funds to be concentrated on completing some projects and thus reduce the pressure on national budgets."@en1
