"I voted in favour of this report because, along with my Labour colleagues, I believe that it is important that countries and blocs such as the EU work together to stop the conversion of illegal substances to illegal narcotics. This agreement will allow the EU and Russia to strengthen cooperation by exchanging information, and we should support this."@en1
