I voted in favour of this amendment as we need to continue the efforts to improve nuclear safety to meet the highest standards. The Nuclear Safety Co-operation Instrument (NSCI) finances measures to support a higher level of nuclear safety, radiation protection and the application of efficient and effective safeguards of nuclear materials in third countries, which is greatly needed."@en1
