lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report because of the exclusion of Wales from the main corridors. Many of us in Wales have worked for several years to get the main routes in Wales included, particularly the cross-border links to Ireland. However, the UK Government has blocked their inclusion which means that Wales has to apply for funding as part of the secondary core routes. This means a longer timescale and a more difficult application process. Second best is not good enough. It is time we had a government in Wales that puts Wales first."@en1
