I did so because I support funding for key transport infrastructure projects, which will improve cross-border connections, remove bottlenecks and bridge gaps and improve the general interoperability of Europe. I believe in supporting the core transport networks within Europe, with valuable projects which focus on traffic management systems. I also hope that the Connecting Europe Facility will make strides towards modernising and expanding the energy infrastructure within Europe, whilst simultaneously enhancing the security of Europe’s energy supply."@en1
