lpv:spoken text	"Creative Europe is a new programme following the Culture, Media and Media Mundus programmes. I was happy to vote in favour of Creative Europe which has the objective of enhancing cultural and linguistic diversity – something which is very important to Wales. We see ourselves as a modern, bilingual nation in an international context. This is not only important in a strictly cultural sense but does actually have a positive impact on the economy: the Commission study on the economic value of cultural and linguistic diversity shows it is a booster beyond 6 % of GDP. Therefore the potential for Wales is considerable, as long as smaller projects have access to the programmes."@en1
