lpv:spoken text	"Erasmus is one of the great success stories of the European Union. As education and youth policy are devolved competences in Wales, Erasmus is highly relevant to my constituency. There are a number of Welsh Government policies and strategies which have parallel aspirations to the key aims of the ‘Erasmus for All’ proposals, such as increasing participation in education, a stronger emphasis on lifelong learning, the development of both basic and employable skills and increased links between business and education. That is why I have voted in favour of ‘Erasmus for All’, and I hope that there will be further collaboration between Welsh universities and universities elsewhere in the EU."@en1
