lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the joint motion on migratory flows in the Mediterranean. I hope that this motion will help prevent any repetition of the tragedies of Lampedusa. I believe that the new Eurosur programme for border protection will radically improve the coordination of sea-rescues, and the identification of refugees making dangerous voyages in over-crowed, unseaworthy boats. Hopefully, this motion will help to clarify the responsibility of states to launch rescue missions for vessels stranded and in distress in their oceans. Further, I am pleased to see that the Commission has acknowledged politically that the obligation to save and rescue prevails over all other rules and laws."@en1
