lpv:translated text	"The slow and fragile economic recovery of Europe indicates that there is a need for improvement in economic policy coordination. In order to achieve that, we have to recognise two facts. One, that common EU policies produce dissimilar effects on different Member States. And two, that all Member States, both those with a deficit and those with a surplus, have an equally important role to play, in correcting the imbalances within the Eurozone. The EU needs to stabilise the Eurozone and boost its competitiveness in the global economy, by increasing competition in the product and services markets by improving productivity to lower prices. However, in order to achieve that, the EU needs to invest more in research and development, education and skills, and resource efficiency. We therefore need less austerity and more investment."@en1
