lpv:spoken text	"I have voted for the establishment of a programme for the environment and climate action. I was happy to see that the final agreement allowed the VAT cost of the staff involved with LIFE projects to remain eligible for funding, as I am aware that this was an important issue for many local authorities in the UK. I believe that the new ‘integrated projects’ are a positive development, as they will bring together EU, national and private funds in support of the implementation of major EU environmental legislation, covering areas like water, waste, air quality and nature protection. I was also pleased to see more generous co-financing rates for integrated projects for priority nature, biodiversity and conservation projects."@en1
