lpv:spoken text	"I supported many of the proposal in this resolution but in particular I supported Amendment 12, which noted that the EU could fulfil its vital role in reducing emissions through policies to stop the development of highly greenhouse-gas-intensive unconventional fossil fuels e.g. shale gas. I also supported the idea that we should cease public subsidies that support the development of unconventional fuels; at the very least, we should start to phase them out."@en1
