lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this resolution because it significantly improves the efficiency of the existing legal framework by harmonising and aligning it with newer legislation as well as the Lisbon Treaty. To do this, it revises and greatly improves safety and environmental requirements, e.g. on noise, exhaust emissions and emergency features. These improvements represent important steps towards a better regulated, safer recreational environment for European citizens."@en1
