lpv:spoken text	"I am fully in support of this report which calls on the Commission and third countries to develop a regional approach to fish conservation and fishing in those waters, and encourages the establishment of maritime zones taking into account the cross-border dimension of fishing and the migratory nature of some species. As we know there have been some difficulties regarding stocks and marine resources given the specific characteristics of the Mediterranean and the Black Sea. This report, by establishing maritime zones, will also prevent disputes between coastal states and maritime areas, which is an ongoing problem."@en1
