lpv:spoken text	"I have voted in favour of the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the establishment of a European Supervisory Authority. I did so because I believe that banking union should ensure that proper consideration has been given to the potential spillover effects of the banking union to both euro and non-euro area members at every stage. I support the requirement for the ECB to perform all supervisory tasks in a non-discriminatory manor, which is also consistent with the functioning of the internal market. I believe that the single market and the cohesion of the EU must be secured, and that equal treatment of Member States participating in the SSM and other Member States must be guaranteed."@en1
