lpv:spoken text	"I commend Mr Watson’s opportunism in raising the subject of Gibraltar – he raised it again yesterday, so perhaps there is an election coming up – but the Conservative Members in my Group do an excellent job of representing the people of Gibraltar. He knows that I agree with them that the actions of the Spanish Government have been disgraceful. Actually the people who they are hurting are the people of Spain – in the poorer parts of Spain – who actually want to cross the border into a free and prosperous Gibraltar and actually make a living and earn some money for their families. So I am sure this is designed to distract attention from the many domestic problems that Mr García Magallo is suffering with his Prime Minister in Spain. I hope that the problems are resolved soon."@en1
