lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report, which focuses on the impact of the financial crisis on citizens’ access to care. Care services are vital to public health and to society as a whole, yet the effects of austerity, alongside high rates of unemployment, mean that care services are being subjected to increased pressure. Carers – who are already underpaid, overworked and very often underappreciated for the hard work they do – are finding that their problems have been exacerbated by the economic crisis. This report makes some very positive recommendations on how to improve access to care services and reduce some of the strain felt by care workers at a time of economic uncertainty, and it has my full support."@en1
