"The structural and economic problems associated with Latvia clearly show that this country would be far better off outside the euro area and its inclusion means that we will soon have another country which we will need to bail out. The euro project has been, and continues to be, a failure and there should be no additional reanimation of this corpse. For these reasons, I voted against the above."@en1
