"I abstained from voting in this case as while my party are in favour of some of the amendments outlined, namely legality checks and periodic reporting, we are against many others, including empowering the Commission to take delegated acts, creating a procedural code and so on. We do not oppose the report outright as it does at least demonstrate an attempt by OLAF to clean up its act."@en1
