"Abstain. This report amends existing legislation in order to try and stop various states paying lip-service to rules while continuing to flout them – this is very important if we are to ensure that fish stocks are raised by third country fleets. In my opinion, this change is certainly a good thing. However, the best choice for the UK, and especially Wales, would be to get back to the Montego Bay convention and withdraw from common fisheries policy."@en1
