lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this report, the main aim of which is to evaluate the effectiveness of Directive 2010/13/EU on Audiovisual Media Services and the progress made in its transposition. The Directive is the cornerstone of media regulation in the European Union. Under Article 33, the Commission is required to submit a report to Parliament on the application of the Directive in the Member States every three years. Publication of the Commission’s first report was significantly delayed owing, inter alia, to the fact that some Member States had not fully transposed the Directive within the indicated deadline."@en1
