The United Kingdom will of course assess the position regarding all matters, including the position of the European Arrest Warrant, the benefits and the disadvantages of that warrant, and the need for its reform. I think there are many other people in this House who would also agree with us that reform is necessary, but certainly without calculating the full effects on our people – the citizens of Britain and well as the citizens of the rest of Europe – it is impossible at this point to give a clear indication of what we may do in future on that matter."@en1
