I support the rapporteur’s position on the need to take into consideration additional harmonisation measures on takeover bids at EU level and giving strong rights to shareholders, including minority shareholders. Restructuring has had very negative affects on Wales in the past. I want to ensure that the needs of communities and the economy are considered in future."@en1
