lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report as I do not feel that the ‘stress tests’ that have been carried out are thorough enough. Key elements are missing from the report, such as ageing technology and human error. The Commission’s decision that all EU nuclear plants should be subject to safety assessments was made in the wake of the Fukushima disaster. In Wales we have one working nuclear power station and checks need to be properly carried out to ensure a disaster such as Fukushima does not happen in Wales or anywhere else in Europe."@en1
