lpv:spoken text	"I voted to support this report as I believe that it is essential to facilitate the growth of SMEs in Europe. If we provide our SMEs with the means to become successful, then this will help the economies of the Member States to become more successful. SMEs provide much employment and they are a great source of innovation; this is something which we need to support, especially in the current economic climate. Improving access to finance for SMEs will ensure the survival of SMEs and these SMEs will help us on the road to economic recovery through their future innovation and growth, which will lead to more employment being created by SMEs throughout Europe. Along with this, we must reduce the levels of bureaucracy faced by SMEs. By doing this, we will make work easier for SMEs and this will surely be welcomed by business people throughout Europe. We must also simplify and shorten the bankruptcy procedures faced by entrepreneurs when their businesses are not successful; after all, it is not a crime to try or to fail. This would give our entrepreneurs a second chance and would help SMEs throughout Europe and subsequently help the economies of the Member States."@en1
