I reiterate the concerns expressed in this report regarding the postponement of the conference which would have debated this issue and which was to take place last year, and support calls for the UN to ensure it is reorganised in 2013. The foundation of a nuclear-weapon-free zone would improve international stability and constitute a significant step in establishing peace and minimising the possibility of nuclear combat."@en1
