lpv:spoken text	"I voted for the new Multiannual Framework even though it could be greatly improved. I welcome the inclusion of discrimination based on sex and of Roma integration. I have worked closely with Roma communities in Wales, particularly young people, and I hope that this will support the excellent work they do on human rights issues. I regret that multiple discrimination and social rights were not included and I note that the UK parliament has delayed formal adoption of the framework for several months to scrutinise it further but I supported the rapporteur in giving consent now because the framework is so essential."@en1
