lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this report on the globalisation of the FTT. The financial sector is vastly under-taxed and if an EU-wide FTT was introduced, additional revenue of up to EUR 57 billion per year would be generated in the EU-27. Through the FTT, the financial sector will properly participate in the cost of re-building Europe’s economies. At a time of crisis and much debate over the EU budget, this is vital. Wales has been badly hit by the crisis. I want to see that the costs of the crisis are shouldered those who helped cause it."@en1
