"I voted in favour of this purely procedural text, like the vast majority of my fellow Members of the European Parliament. This report accompanies the ‘Omnibus I’ proposal presented by the Commission on 7 March 2011. Whereas Omnibus I concerns the alignment of implementing measures which are not part of the ‘comitology’ procedure, this proposal, named ‘Omnibus II’, aims to bring all of the other decision-making procedures that exist in trade policy legislation into line with the regime of delegated acts or implementing acts."@en1
