lpv:translated text	"− I voted against this report because migration from the SIS I+ information system to SIS II is taking place without any guarantees of complete security for the information it contains. The proposal contains some positive points concerning legal certainty when extending the legal framework of the SIS II system to the period allowed for the national systems to adjust to SIS II, thereby preventing unnecessary expenditure in the European budget. Nevertheless, I already had serious reservations about data security and protection in SIS I+ and the migration to the new SIS will involve the introduction of new data, new types of indication and new functions without any complete guarantee of secure data protection. Given this gap in the security of European data, I could only vote against this report."@en1
