lpv:translated text	". − I voted in favour of this report because social enterprises play an important role in the promotion of social innovation and therefore a favourable economic and regulatory climate must be created for those enterprises in the social economy. In order to improve the visibility of social enterprises, the financial needs of those companies must be assessed. It is also essential to create better conditions to access financial markets and provide appropriate funding at local, regional, national and EU level. Furthermore, social enterprises should be appropriately integrated into employment and social inclusion action plans. Only with a functioning support mechanism can growth and development of social enterprises be ensured. They will be able to gain financial independence and engage in commercial business activity."@en1
