One of the main objectives of an effective child protection strategy should be to ensure that all children, young people and parents/carers are provided with the information and skills to be able to protect themselves online. Minors today generally use the internet with great ease, which is why they need help in order to use it wisely, responsibly and safely. I believe that minors must be protected from the dangers of the digital world in accordance with their age and developmental progress."@en1
