In this way, in my opinion, more stringent surveillance and identification of systemic risks is required. From my point of view, a global approach is needed for the shadow banking system in order to detect risk transfers and ensure consumers are protected. I also think that we should make sure that no players or instruments remain off the regulatory radar. We have to fight to obtain fairer, more stable and more efficient financial markets."@en1
