". − I am in favour of the proposed regulation. In order to ensure the functioning of the internal market and contribute to the competitiveness of the industry, the EU should lay down harmonised rules on the manufacture of agricultural and forestry vehicles. Appropriate implementation of these rules will increase transparency, reduce the administrative burden and eliminate the risk of market fragmentation. However, in all cases, the new rules should meet the high requirements for road and occupational safety and environmental protection."@en1
