". I voted in favour of the report on the approval and market surveillance of two-or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles in order to make two-wheel vehicles safer and more environmentally friendly. Riders of these vehicles represent around 16 % of the total number of road deaths in the EU but account for only 2 % of the total kilometres driven.
