". − I believe that every Member State should sign the Social Investment Pact because during the crisis, young people have suffered most. First of all, young people must be offered barrier-free access to the labour market and good working and living conditions. It is very important that the Multiannual Financial Framework 2014-2020 contains appropriate budgetary resources to support and encourage social investments in Europe. Particular attention needs to be paid to the use of the Structural Funds. It is also very important to improve youth access to financing and, in cooperation with business communities, create business support programmes for young people."@en1
