However, today, I wanted to ask another question: do you know how Eurosceptics are made? It is by saying you will do things that never get done. It is by spending the last 20 years talking to people about a common foreign policy that does not exist; we talked about being the most competitive part of the world in 2010, which they didn’t see materialise.
