lpv:translated text	"In view of the EU’s efforts towards policy coherence for development (PCD) and to pursue policies to establish partnerships with the least developed countries based on cooperation, I believe it is necessary to encourage the contribution of PCD to poverty reduction. I also believe that there is a duty to improve trade and investment policy for the least developed countries, by supporting small producers and promoting fair trade. Particular attention should be paid to full employment, gender equality and equality for young people, respect for workers’ rights, and the promotion of women’s human rights in the civil, political, social, economic and cultural spheres. While underlining the importance of the EU in pursuing all these objectives, I voted in favour."@en1
