lpv:translated text	"Following the annulment of Council Regulation (EC) No 1472/2006 of 5 October 2006 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty, by the European Court of Justice, the sampling techniques laid down in Article 17 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 may not be applied for the purposes of the determination of claims of individual market economy treatment. I feel that the introduction of a limit on these investigations on the basis of Article 17 to a reasonable number of producers by using the sampling procedures laid down in Article 17, is appropriate. I welcome the proposal to simplify the procedure in the interest of the principles of legal certainty and sound administration. For these reasons I voted in favour."@en1
